Introduction
A post run over seven days has been arranged to provide variety of outings and visitations on the south coast of New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory, with interesting roads and visual backdrops. Overnight stays include one night in Kiama, three nights in Batemans Bay and three nights in Canberra. Driving distances are limited to a maximum of 200 kms on any day.
Interested participants should register via the Cit In 27 Trybooking system on the Citroen Car Club of NSW web site. No payment is required.

In each planned overnight stay a limited number of motel rooms are held in the name of Citroen Car Club with allocation on a first in best dressed basis. The locations of the planning overnight stays are popular and early booking is recommended. Please note; the listed accommodations are suggestions only.
It is planned to form a WhatsApp group to facilitate communications prior to and during the run. (anyone not wishing to be included in this group should notify the organiser).
Monday 3 May
9.30 am assemble in Mittagong RSL car park.
10.30 am Depart Mittagong for Robertson. We suggest the scenic Range Rd route bypassing Bowral township to be selected on your GPS. (proceed straight ahead at Bessemer St and B73 traffic lights and under railway bridge then to Range Rd)
11.15 arrive Robertson. Purchase lunch items as required in Robertson township (including the Cheese Factory in centre of town) for lunch together at the famous Robertson Pie Shop located on left at end of town.
12.30 Depart from Robertson Pie Shop
OPTION 1 (Recommended)
Visit Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures, 182 Knights Hill Rd, Knights Hill, 2577.
Enjoy fabulous views of the rainforest canopy from steel walkway. See website. Café and facilities available.

Proceed down escarpment via Macquarie Pass to Princes Hwy then Kiama for accommodation check in.
OPTION 2 (no Illawarra Fly Treetop walk) proceed down escarpment via Macquarie Pass to Princes Hwy then to Berry for a stroll in township and afternoon tea.

Proceed along Princes Hwy to Kiama for accommodation check in.

Drive to HARS (Historic Aircraft Museum), Shellharbour Airport, 54 Airport Rd, Albion Park Rail, NSW 2527.
10.00 am Arrive, Parking under tail of Boeing 747 - 400 (photo ops)
Aircraft on display include the Boeing 747 – 400, Lockheed Super Constellation, Mirage fighter, Westland Wessex Helicopter, Douglas DC 2, Russian MIG 15 and 17, Grumman Tracker, General Dynamic F-111, English Electric Canberra bomber, Bell Cobra Assault Helicopter and Vampire fighter.

9.00 am Depart for Mogo Wildlife Park (Zoo)
9:30 am Arrive Mogo Zoo
Get close to animals including hyenas, lions, tigers, gibbons, white rhino and red pandas.
Cost: $44pp plus any special tours.
Café and facilities available.
11.30 am Depart for Tuross Boathouse Café, 93 Trafalgar Rd, Tuross Heads. (Fish and Chips lunch by the lake).
12.30 pm Arrive Tuross Boathouse Café.
2.00pm Depart for Batemans Bay
Suggest scenic drive to Batemans Bay. Drive through Mourya via Princes Hwy and immediately over river turn right and follow signs to Batehaven and Batemans Bay. Various scenic stops at your choice including Surf Beach, Caseys Beach and Guerilla Bay.

Self-arranged. Note, suggested motel accommodation has an area on the river for picnics, also public area across the road on the river, both - byo tables and chairs.
The caravan park has an equipped camp kitchen.

10.45 am Stop for Brunch at Braidwood,
Braidwood is a quirky town with nice shops and cafes to visit including Troopers Rest Café 202 Wallace St (at the end of the town). A visit to the car model shop is recommended.
12.30 pm Depart for Queanbeyan
2.00 pm Visit Bob Shackley's workshop and afternoon tea
Spend an afternoon at the workshop to enjoy and inspect the various Citroen restorations, currently mainly tractions and chat with Bob and the on-site technicians.

4.00 pm Depart for Canberra accommodation check in (3 nights)

Assemble at Ampol Foodary Weston Creek,1 Kirkpatrick St, Weston ACT 2611.
Enjoy a mountain drive with very interesting stops. The Deep Space Communications Centre has a fabulous display of various satellites, rockets, photos. Lanyon homestead is a furnished country residence from the era of grand country residences with separate kitchen, pantry etc set in beautiful grounds with very mature bunya trees. Entry includes a short drive of well-maintained unsealed road.

3-Lanyon Homestead. House tours available. House and gates close at 3 pm.
